I Heart Faces - Collage - A Perfect Spring Day
I mentioned in my previous post that we had a perfect Saturday. Well, Friday was just as good, so I thought I would combine some of those photos into a collage for this weeks I Hearts Faces challenge. You can head over to my main blog to see these photos larger. Ah, I love Springtime in the South.

Best Saturday Ever
Think 75 degrees, 3 hour naps (Shane and I included!), happy kids, dinner overlooking the Riverpark in Chattanooga. Perfect.

What I did for Spring Break
One of the hardest things about practicing with my camera is that I need light. The only time I have free time is at night - thus no light. Last week I took my camera to a playdate at the park and practiced photographing my friends kids while the moms watched Collin. It was fantastic! Thanks ladies for letting me borrow your kids.
Full sun is REALLY hard to photograph in. Any suggestions?

Last Post from Easter...I think.
We spent Easter Sunday with some dear friends. Eating and relaxing on the porch. Easter egg hunts with pretty dresses. Not sure about the boots with Lydia's dress, but she has always had her own style.

Too Cool for School
Even though we were late for school, I had to take some photos of the outfit Lydia picked out. She is so awesome. Cool even in floods. I try to find pants that fit, but the 4Ts are too short and the 5Ts are huge around the waist. She still rocks them though.

What's for Dinner? 2 dozen Clementines!
When I was a new mommy I read lots of articles about the importance of letting babies and toddlers make messes. Especially with their food. How it helps them learn and explore. We had an abundance of clementines, so I decided it was time for a learning moment. :)

Our Easter week so far
Shane, Collin and I joined Lydia at pre-school for the Easter Party. I don't know who had more fun. Lydia in her party bliss, Collin by watching all the kids run around, or Shane and I watching our kids enjoy themselves. I was just happy my whole family was together to enjoy the perfect day.
Waiting.
More waiting. Lydia looks like me as a little girl here.
Lydia's favorite friend at school.
A successful hunt.
Happy Easter!
